In honor of their last day of school, seniors in Mrs. Badman's dual credit composition class took it back to kindergarten by drawing paper plate self portraits while eating goldfish crackers. They also had to think of 3 words they would use to describe themselves to others. It was a nice reminder that you're never too old to have a little fun!

Sports & Activities are wrapping up this week!

SHS 4x200 Relay of Kaden Guest, Deaiden Arnold, Aian Fryman, and Kyle Corkill resets their school record tonight running a 1:30.87 at the St. Teresa Invitational!

Our 4x800 Relay of Hayden Moody, Easton England, Owen Hussong, and Johnny Iacobazzi runs a 8:09.09 to beat the Sullivan High School record and the St. Teresa Invitational meet record!

Two state qualifiers thusfar for SHS Girls Track at the IHSA Sectional Track meet today! Riane Bear qualifies in high jump at 1.52m! 4x200 wins and advances!

All student-athletes entering 5-12 grades next fall, you will need a sports physical before you can practice! Sarah Bush Clinic here in town offers 2 opportunities to get a sports physical: - June 12th and July 31st - 8 am - 12 pm or 1-3:30pm. Take advantage of this opportunity and get set for the school year!

Tomorrow is Decision Day! The ceremony will begin at 9:05am in the high school gym. Parents and community members are welcome to attend; reserved seating will be on the north side of the gym closest to the stage. The SHS 4x200m Relay Team of Kaden Guest, Deaiden Arnold, Aian Fryman, and Kyle Corkill runs a 1:32.39 tonight to break the 44 year-old school record of 1:32.7 set in 1980 by M. Harpster, T. Anderson, M. Connor, and S. Anderson!

HS Track Banquets will be held on Monday 5/20 6:00 @ VFW (Girls) and Wednesday 5/22 5:00 @ Wyman Park (Boys). Families are welcome at these events, but for catering purposes we need an RSVP from all athletes by this Friday 5/10. Sullivan Boys are the 2024 Lincoln Prairie Conference Track Champions! We also set 5 new LPC Records tonight: Brett Bushue in Pole Vault, Mason Booker in 110 Hurdles, 4x100, 4x400, and 4x800! Great job tonight boys!
